Hire: Cash Customers
It is very easy to hire from us, but there are a few things that you need to know. For the majority of hires, we will require an advanced card payment of £500. All hire charges will be deducted from this and you will be automatically refunded, once the equipment has been returned to or collected by us. You can make the payment either over the phone or at our depot. You may be asked to provide proof of identification and/or proof of residency. Once we receive your advance payment you can either collect the equipment required or arrange for us to deliver it for you. Please note that you will have to be present at the time of delivery and collection. It’s also very important to be aware that it is the hirer’s responsibility for the safety of all equipment hired and that we will not collect any hired equipment, until we have received clear instructions to do so.
